We are searching for a Head of Operations (m/f/x) (Interim) who gets excited about building operations at scale for fast growing direct-to-consumer brand(s).
Your tasks are:
- Oversee inventory planning, supply chain, fulfillment and shipping functions
- Maintain and develop inventory planning system to ensure sufficient stock levels
- Monitor and optimize operational KPIs for fulfillment, shipping, inventory planning and supply chain
- Identify scalable solutions to key operational problems hindering rapid brand growth incl. international expansion
- Optimization of various operational processes via automation, use of SaaS tools etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- 6+ years of work experience in E-Commerce Operations in a consumer goods company or startup
- Experience in dealing with operational processes such as inventory planning, fulfillment and supply chain is essential
- Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must
- Understanding of e-commerce processes esp. operational KPIs is beneficial
- Native level German and English language skills
