Join our startup in Berlin!

GLOBALS is making international living easy by connecting professional expats & global entrepreneurs with trustworthy english-speaking service providers for apartments, jobs, services, and special offers online and offline. We developed an AI Relocation Chatbot, AiRelo, to help register in a new city easily and for free! Serving in Barcelona, Berlin, Munich, New York and soon in major international cities.

We need support in developing our ventures.

YOUR TASKS:

-Support in daily office and operational tasks.

-Support administration tasks, such as creating invoices and managing sales documentation.

-Coordinate appointments and support in arranging events

-Assist in managing network database

-Communication with external and internal stakeholders

-Optimize internal processes

Job Requirements

-Have a “GLOBALS” mindset! Cultural awareness and interest in the international community is crucial!

-Are active, agile, and take initiative. We like people who have ideas and implement them to make the office run better.

-High level of professionalism and deliver quality results. It’s not about hours; it’s about results.

-Organized, structured, and great communication skills

-Comfortable with Microsoft Office and openness to use other technologies

-German (Native/fluent) and English (very good). Additional languages a plus.
