Viva Wallet looking for an enthusiasticTelesales Representative to join our Viva Wallet team in Berlin,Germany.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Country Manager and the sales teams (Fieldsales) with contributing in generating sales meetings, sales leads and whilst closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationship for Viva Wallet in Germany.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced Telesales, Sales / Sales Support Junior professional with some experience from the sector / segment and with the willingness to enable the telesales our products and services.
More specifically, as a Telesales Representative you will:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts;
Close sales meetings
Enable sales leads
Answer questions about products or the company;
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
Enter and update customer information in the database;
Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation;
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales;
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;
To be considered you should have:
Proven experience 2-3 years at least as telesales representative or other sales//sales support role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
Excellent knowledge of English and German
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
Master Degree will be considered a plus
