The company was founded in 2010 and has presence in most EU countries such as UK, Belgium, France, Romania, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Austria and now Germany (Berlin). It is an entirely cloud-based licensed e-money institution for the provision of payment services in the countries of the European Economic Area and a Principal Member of MasterCard and Visa for issuing and acquiring and a partner to leading global companies, such as Microsoft and Alipay. Just recently Viva Wallet has completed a substantial investment round and will now expand to several European countries.

Viva Wallet is looking for a qualified Sales and Marketing Support Manager  to join the Viva Wallet Team in Germany (Berlin). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Country Manager, the Marketing and the Sales Teams (Fieldsales & Telesales) with various tasks and will be responsible for the CRM Tool too.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced Sales / Sales Support and Marketing professional with some experience from the sector / segment and with the willingness to enable the sales teams to concentrate on selling our products and services.

Morespecifically, as a Sales and Marketing Support Manager you will:

Support Country Manager, Marketing,Teamleads, Field Sales and Telesales Executives
Responsible for all CRM related tasks
Manage Leads and Accounts in CRM
Identify new leads and ad all relevant information to the CRM
Enter and update customer data and other relevant information in the CRM system
Execute account assignments to Telesales Representative and Fieldsales Executives
Support the preparation of the necessary sales material (presentations, scripts, folders etc.)
Manage stock of the POS devices
Support regarding other administrative tasks and projects at the Viva Wallet Germany Office in Berlin
Manage marketing activities and campaigns, cooperate with the marketing department
Promote team spirit and be committed to constant learning and improvement

Job Requirements

To be considered you should have:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience and expertise in a B2B sales / sales support, marketing position ideally in the same or similar market sector / segment
Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools 
Resiliency and the ability to handle a high workload in a fast- paced environment 
Relevant University BA degree  and preferable a relevant Master degree
Computer literacy 
Excellent use of the German and of the English language
Competitive advantage the experience in B2B sales in e-payments/digital payments, FinTech, Neo Banking, Digital Banking, e-commerce segments etc.
