Club GLOBALS is making international living easy by providing a one-stop-shop platform on which expats and entrepreneurs find local business providers, accommodation, employment and an international community with events and networking opportunities. We also developed AiRelo, an artificial intelligence relocation assistant, to facilitate the city registration process without the language barrier and at no cost. Club GLOBALS and AiRelo are operational in Barcelona, Berlin, Munich and New York and will soon be expanding to further major international cities.

We are looking for a GLOBALS Marketing & Community Development Lead (Freelance) to develop and maintain our community for both Club GLOBALS and AiRelo.

Your Responsibilities:

– Generate content for blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials

– Plan, prepare and manage the calendar to grow the company’s presence on social media and other strategically relevant platforms

– Perform market research, identify and execute marketing strategies, create multi-channel communication plans and campaigns

– Report on the success of digital marketing and campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

– Prepare relevant communications for upcoming and past events, generate briefings, podcasts, etc.

– Monitor and engage with the audience on all platforms

– Review and update the company website

– SEO development
– Manage PR including press releases, articles, social media activity

– Keep up to date with new and upcoming trends and develop strategies for future campaigns



– University degree in Marketing, Business or related fields

– Ideally between 1-3 years experience in a marketing role with proven track records (to defend in your cover letter)

– High attention to detail

– Ability to think critically and strategically

– Proactive and organized with a “can do” attitude

– Tactical execution abilities and a bias for action and willingness to experiment

– A strong understanding of the nuances of writing copies for specific audiences

– Ability to work independently and in a team, able to lead and delegate tasks

– Result-oriented approach with a focus on measurable results (KPIs)

– PC & digital platforms literate

– Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

– Native English speaker, other languages a plus
