Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • You are responsible for the punctual and sensible disposition of our line haul transports
  • You manage and monitor ongoing tours and ensure the high quality requirements of our customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our carriers
  • You ensure to have all operational information always available
  • Manage and solve incidents with high accuracy and find solution and measures to prevent delivery failures
  • Close monitoring of performance KPIs (punctuality, incident rate, waiting hours etc)

What we are looking for:

  • Commercial education in freight industry or business studies with major in logistics
  • Experience in the road transport industry and transport planning
  • Great organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Stress-resistance
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Fluent in English and German, Eastern European language skills are a plus
