The Role
It’s an exciting time to join Mitte. As we move closer to our launch date, we are looking for a Backend Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. With your experience, eagerness to learn, and passion for problem-solving, you will be working closely with our Mitte Platform team and key stakeholders across the organization to deliver a seamless digital experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Building up the right processes and tools to ensure the quality of a continuously delivering product
• Working as part of the development team and be involved in the technical decisions, to ensure that quality is considered in every step of the delivery process and that we implement the correct automated tests for each feature
• Collaborating closely with our engineering teams and product owners to contribute to the ongoing improvement of related processes
• Automating software testing as part of an agile team, covering mobile and web applications
• Working to refine ever-changing QA test procedures to keep in line with company goals and troubleshoot quality issues
• Staying up to date on new programming languages and technologies

Your Profile

• Good knowledge of Software QA analysis, methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience with functional, API, performance, and other forms of testing
• Willingness to collaborate with other engineers, developers, and product owners in an agile and multidisciplinary environment
• An eye for detail and a drive to constantly improve and learn
• Strong analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills round up your profile
