Breaking in Davos: Club GLOBALS at the World Economic Forum 2025
Davos 2025 was a movie. For the first time, we made our mark at the World Economic Forum (WEF), proving that we don’t just show up — we shake things up.
From the Outside Looking In
From the beginning, we didn’t know what to expect from this controversial place. We had heard the stories—the ultra-exclusive parties, the billion-dollar deals made over cocktails, the power dynamics at play. But what’s really happening behind closed doors in Davos?
To get the best experience, we connected with our friend Mark Turrell and partnered with his UnDavos conference. It was the perfect launchpad, hosted at Mountain Plaza hotel, bringing together a sharp mix of tech leaders, policy shapers, and disruptors. At the same time, dozens of other parallel events were happening all over town, each one filled with opportunities to network, learn, and, of course, party.
With so much going on, we curated a side-event list, shared exclusive invites via our WhatsApp network, and even built a custom GPT to help navigate the madness—because tech is our DNA, and we don’t do chaos without a system.
From VIP Parties to Deep Tech Conversations—We Were Everywhere
If Davos is a chessboard, we played every square.
Where We Networked, Partied & Learned
DLD Night Cap, JP Morgan night, KPMG night, Financial Times event, Forbes & Global Citizen party—the guest lists were stacked, and so was our schedule. At Global Citizen’s event, we vibed with Alok, will.i.am, and Wyclef Jean (yes, the Hips Don’t Lie producer himself), and he even rocked with our signature green glasses.
And that was just one side of Davos.
We also made our way to:
✅ Web3 Hub Conference – Tapping into the next phase of blockchain and decentralization.
✅ AI House – One of the coolest hubs in Davos, where AI pioneers and entrepreneurs shaped the future.
✅ C3.ai Events & Microsoft Café – AI-powered enterprise solutions and tech leadership insights.
✅ 100VIP Africa House & Other Africa House Events – Some of the most inspiring conversations, highlighting the future of Africa’s innovation scene.
✅ Wall Street Journal’s Sessions – Where we had a chance to exchange insights with top decision-makers like Brian Armstrong (CEO of coinbase) or Yutaka Sasaki the CEO of NTT Group.
✅ unDavos Summit – Felt like home with this community-driven series of interactive panels, talks, and networking experiences. Really recommended.
✅ And we closed with the Avicii Tribute Night
“What’s Your Vision?” – The Street Interviews That Cut Through the Noise
In a world flooded with ideas, only a few have the power to truly shape the future. That’s why we hit the streets—raw, unfiltered, and in the moment—to ask people attending WEF one simple but powerful question: What’s your vision?
No fluff, no rehearsed speeches—just real insights from random people.

The Reality of Davos: What You Won’t See on LinkedIn
Davos isn’t just about high-level discussions and business deals—it’s about navigating the unspoken rules of access.
1️⃣ The Guest Lists Are Everything – You don’t just walk into these events; you need to know the right people. We cracked the code by leveraging our WhatsApp network and curated invite system.
2️⃣ There’s Always Another Party – Think you’re at the best event? Someone’s already whispering about an even more exclusive one happening nearby.
3️⃣ The real power moves happen behind the scenes – The most important conversations aren’t happening at the official WEF panels. They’re happening over dinner, in lounges, at invite-only meetups.
The Takeaways: What We Learned in Davos
✔️ Time is Your Power
Don’t over-schedule. Leave space in your agenda for the unexpected moments where true value happens—lobby encounters, shared rides, or last-minute invites. Serendipity needs space.
✔️ Be Where the Action Flows
Position yourself in high-traffic areas: hotel lobbies, cloakrooms, coffee stations, and exits after panels. Let people run into you instead of chasing them. The best connections are organic.
✔️ Don’t Be a Seeker— Add value
Influence comes from creating value. Introduce people who should know each other, and watch opportunities naturally circle back to you. Power respects those who build bridges.
Be open, approachable, and intentional. Luck favors the prepared.
