The DLD (Digital Life Design) innovation conference has been a hub for forward-thinking minds since its inception in 2005. This year, Club GLOBALS was on-site at DLD 2025 in Munich for their 20th anniversary, connecting with influential leaders, conducting insightful interviews, and immersing ourselves in the groundbreaking conversations shaping our future.

Transformative Innovations at DLD 2025
The theme, “Future Positive,” perfectly captured the essence of this year’s discussions. From the promises of artificial intelligence to the potential of quantum computing, biotechnology, and space exploration, the conference emphasized how these technologies are reshaping the world. A particular focus was placed on ensuring these innovations benefit both people and the planet.
Steffi Czerny, DLD Co-Founder, aptly stated, “Looking at the challenges we are facing, we do not have the luxury of pessimism. We are on the cusp of a groundbreaking change that we cannot just observe from the sidelines, but that we, especially in Europe, must actively shape.”
Her words echoed through the halls of Munich’s House of Communications, where global leaders in research, business, politics, and art convened to discuss actionable solutions for a better future.
Club GLOBALS at DLD: Building Bridges
For us DLD25 was a powerful opportunity to engage in transformative discussions, and bridge the gap between tech entrepreneurs and some of the most influential minds in the industry. This year’s conversations centered around AI, HealthTech is increasingly becoming a hot topic, and also space technology, revealing how these innovations are actively shaping the future of business and society. From AI-driven diagnostics revolutionizing healthcare to satellite-powered solutions enhancing global connectivity, one message stood out: space exploration isn’t just about extracting resources—it’s about a shared vision for humanity and global progress. Just as AI and robotics are transforming healthcare, space technology has the potential to tackle Earth’s biggest challenges, from energy efficiency to climate resilience and beyond.
Raphael Röttgen of E2MC Ventures emphasized this idea, describing space as a common ground where humanity can unite to explore new solutions that will address the challenges we face on Earth. At Club GLOBALS, we are strong believers in tech for good and deeply resonate with this year’s theme: Future Positive. Technology is a tool; its impact depends on how we choose to use it.
