and expanding in major international cities.
For our young, dynamic team, we are looking for support to one of our biggest events in Berlin, the
Berlin Welcome Day 2019, that will take place on the 7 th of September.
Your role will be to lead different tasks for Berlin Welcome Day 2019 event, organizing and planning
the activities prior the event day. You will also be a primary point of contact, so maintaining
relationships is crucial.
What you will do:
Support the project team in the planning, organization and realization of the Berlin Welcome
Develop event-oriented communications
Work actively on hosting and organizing activities and details of the event for attendees,
partners and exhibitors
You will control the payment process of the event through the website, electronic machine and cash
Build potential partners for the company
Business studies (Business, Marketing, Sales, MBA, or similar)
High level of professionalism
Extremely customer oriented
Have a “GLOBAL” mindset!
Are active, agile, and take initiative.
English (fluent). German and additional languages are a plus.
