We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time employee to join our growing Customer Support Team.
In this role you will provide our users with friendly and reliable support on technical issues, helping them to work with our applications and assisting them in an understandable and solution-oriented way with any possible questions.
We are based in Berlin but you can also work from home living anywhere in Germany.

forium GmbH is a leading provider of financial applications on the Internet: We enable a rapidly growing number of customers to complete their private tax returns online with various applications: Lohnsteuer kompakt, SteuerGo, Steuererklaerung-Polizei.de and Steuererklaerung-Student.de.
With our applications, even non-experts can easily and quickly complete their tax returns. Our customised tax tips help our users to receive a maximum tax refund possible.
In order to be able to answer questions of our users in a competent manner, we will provide you with thorough training not only on our applications but also on technical and tax issues.
Your Profile
- Native English speaker OR excellent command of spoken and written English
- Interest in taxes and income tax returns, no prior knowledge required
- Working language skills in German (Minimum B2, ideally C1)
- Interest in technology and online affinity
- Good service and quality-oriented mindset
- Enjoy interacting with customers while providing solution-oriented customer advice
- Help us maintain excellent service and customer satisfaction
- Communicating the needs of customers to other departments to make our products even better
- Enthusiasm, independence and personal responsibility
- Willingness to engage in personal development
