Palau de Congressos de Barcelona is a convention center located in the heart of the city of Barcelona, Spain. It was designed by the famous architect Toyo Ito and opened its doors in 2004. The convention center has a total of 35,000 square meters of exhibition space, including 38 rooms of different sizes and capacities that can accommodate up to 3,200 people. The largest room, the Auditorium, can seat up to 1,740 people and is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. Palau de Congressos de Barcelona is a popular venue for business and cultural events, including international conferences, trade shows, and concerts. The convention center is conveniently located near many of Barcelona's top tourist attractions, including the Gothic Quarter, the Picasso Museum, and the famous La Rambla street.
