Sometimes in life things come without warning and that’s how it was with Meet BCN. Coincidence? No. I’ve always believed it was the result of the excellent colleagues I’ve had the pleasure of working with throughout my career, who I missed tremendously while I was working on my own from home.

Here’s how it started. I studied Industrial Engineering and worked as an engineer in the field of renewable energy and a project manager for six years. One day I up and decided that I wanted to strike out on my own, and after a few months of working from home I understood I needed more. I wanted to have lunch with other people, talk about the weekend, share experiences and stories, laugh in good company… so I decided to look for a place where entrepreneurs like me, freelancers, worked independently but were still colleagues.

I was looking for a place that was warm, comfortable, bright, well located and affordable. After searching for the perfect spot for months and not finding anything to my liking, I decided to create the ideal place myself: warm, comfortable, bright, well located and affordable. And that, plus a lot of work, was how Meet Business Comfort & Networking (Meet BCN) came about.

My name is Isabel Pérez, by the way, and I wake up every day excited about going to work and seeing twenty people who are passionate about what they do. Each of them has their job, business or activity, but when we’re not working we share experiences, have a coffee together and participate in a community through which we support each other and have a good time (because everything turns out better when you’re happy!).

If you come to work with us we can offer you three types of services: coworking, virtual office, and renting meeting rooms and training rooms. You’ll love the neighborhood, in the heart of Barcelona. It’s the perfect place for any type of business activity, with great transport connections (just three minutes from several metro, bus and FCG lines) and its own special charm.
