Yoga sessions for all levels. Enjoy Hatha Yoga with elements of Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga in a group session, private class or as a workshop of office yoga. The teaching method includes a general workout – stretching, awareness, relaxation – suited to the person or group practicing, with the purpose of leaving them in a balanced state, energised and refreshed.
