The idea of Love Your Body developed from a simple personal training service in Barcelona to a worldwide audience with an online program for Busy Women. Ultimately I wanted women to feel more Freedom, Fun and Flow with their Health and Fitness.

“Working Out” and “Train Hard Sweat Hard” is too Aggressive and is just not working for most women. We feel even more burnt out and depleted as we try to push ourselves more into an already hectic and often un/nourishing lifestyle.
