The global recruitment market is growing on an unprecedented scale. Job mobility is increasing and and the professional information management environment has been revolutionised by the advent of social networking and modern analytics. Meanwhile, the recruitment industry has stayed static, still provide a manual, labour intensive and costly service with little guarantee of results.
We will disrupt and reinvent the recruitment market. Our mission is to provide Clients with the perfect Candidate, instantly, reducing recruitment costs and hiring time. We will achieve this through a unique and market beating combination of a global network of Candidates, online cross-validation of information and a truly intelligent matching algorithm.
We work to date has focussed on process development, manual pilot and market testing. This work supports the development of our scalable online system, which commenced in November 2012. Once the system is launched at the end of June 2013 it will be proven within a narrow market segment, placing IT Candidates from Eastern and Southern Europe into the start-up capitals in Western Europe. We will then seek to expand our marketing activities and scale up rapidly. By 2015, the aim is to become a major player and be at the forefront of transformative change in the recruitment market.
Our growth plans are supported by decades of combined industry expertise in our Leadership Team and Board of Advisors. Since starting in August 2012, we have built a highly performing and committed team, which will grow in 2013.
Our offering is designed to be highly competitive based on a service differentiation strategy, international sourcing and the company’s proprietary software. The approach makes the most of the opportunities presented by gaps in the supply of qualified candidates in growing markets such as Germany and the high degree of fragmentation in the recruitment market.
